Before Christina joined CHP, she worked at the Isabella Early Childhood Education Center in Northern Manhattan for 5 years. The center had an intergenerational program that facilitated healthy relationships between the young and the elderly through arts and crafts. Although saddened that the center closed its doors this summer, Christina is thrilled to be transitioning to a new community at CHP!
Christina loves children, science, and art. She is a firm believer that the best way for teachers to teach is by listening and learning from children.
Christina is currently enrolled at the Borough of Manhattan Community College, studying Early Childhood Education, with plans to continue her education following graduation.
